WARDOGS HACKS RISK & SAFETY
NO THIRD-PARTY TOOL IS COMPLETELY RISK-FREE.
Current anti-cheat: WARDOGS currently uses Elytra, a kernel-level anti-cheat. Earlier public tests used Easy Anti-Cheat. Secure Boot and TPM are not currently listed as requirements, and Linux/Steam Deck are not officially supported.
Using software that changes or supplements gameplay can violate a game's rules or terms and can lead to restrictions or bans. That risk exists even when a build has a clean testing history.
What the current testing history means
The product was used during pre-release testing and continued into launch without bans reported to the team during that testing window. That supports a historical statement about those tests; it does not guarantee future protection after every patch.
Why updates matter
Game and anti-cheat changes can affect compatibility without warning. The Status page should be checked again after meaningful updates. If the build requires review, support and public status information should take priority over old marketing copy.
Configuration and player reports
The current build includes smoothing, humanized trajectories, visibility checks and visual filters that allow less aggressive configurations. These controls may change how obvious a setup looks to other players, but they do not eliminate anti-cheat or account risk.
